Start here http://www.tripadvisor.ie/HACSearch?cat=1&geo=186605&searchAll=true then refine the search by changing the criteria on the left, e.g., include B&Bs, Inns, and Others (e.g. Hostels) as they're not included by default. Then I usually select "Search with interactive map" which is a great google maps mashup. TripAdvisor.com is very handy.
