The guys at dotMobi developed and released as Open Source a nice plug-in that makes your blog mobile very easily. The plug-in generates well formed mark-up (as long as you haven’t completely screwed it within your articles) and comes with a load of features and tweaks such as a very simple yet effective mobile detection algorithm, mobile ads, 2D barcodes to link to the mobile site, and really nice themes that you can easily extend.

The project is available directly via WordPress site and is called ‘WordPress Mobile Pack’, in the spirit of Open Source we are always looking for new contributors that can add value to this plug-in. Everything is committed on the official SVN and you can follow the project on assembla. Support is offered via mobiForge where of course questions and contributions are always welcome .
